Wild Grill Shrimp............with Thai Sauce......
I started working in the restaurant business when I was 16 years old and love eating good food ever since. My first restaurant that I worked in was a Thai restaurant. So this dish that I made is a Thai fusion with a twist. Old world meets, new world cuisine. I grew up in America so I enjoy eating dishes made like American style. This Grill wild shrimp with fresh veggie and a special red sauce that I made is a blend of American style with Thai favor. I like keeping favor in balance, so that you can taste everything separately from the sauce to the veggie and the wild shrimp. The bold favor of everything put together just exploded in your mouth when eaten.
