It's didn't happen over night but I never gave up on it. Now I can make so many different style of it. Papaya salad is eaten through out Southeast Asia from Thailand to Vietnam and Cambodia also. Wild Grill Shrimp............with Thai Sauce......
I started working in the restaurant business when I was 16 years old and love eating good food ever since. My first restaurant that I worked in was a Thai restaurant. So this dish that I made is a Thai fusion with a twist. Old world meets, new world cuisine. I grew up in America so I enjoy eating dishes made like American style. This Grill wild shrimp with fresh veggie and a special red sauce that I made is a blend of American style with Thai favor. I like keeping favor in balance, so that you can taste everything separately from the sauce to the veggie and the wild shrimp. The bold favor of everything put together just exploded in your mouth when eaten. Tasting the sweetness of the wild shrimp with the sauce and crunchiness of the vegetable together makes it all so good. #livewell#eatgood#behappy#mbn#appreciatelife#

This is my favorite dish from Mexico, I still remember my first time eating beef carne asada it was new years eve 1998 in Los Angles California. I was visiting a friend at that time and this was my first time in L.A. I couldn't believe how big L.A was, especially for me coming from Redding California a small town from the North. I love L.A it is a very nice city but I haven't been back seen then. I met a friend of a friend when I was down there at that time. I was just hanging out with the local and they took me shopping for beef carne asada and I still remember it til this day. They were Mexican American and was showing me how they do things down in L.A. I had a blast that New Years eve and will never forget it. Now living in the Pacific Northwest. I'm still eating beef carne asada 14 years later. I don't just make it at home, I also order it when I'm dinning out at a Mexican restaurant. My style beef carne asada is made with thin slice of beef season with dry rub grill over a flame. This also come with grill green onion and jalapeno sever with Mexican rice re fry bean with cheese fresh ripe tomato, radish and fresh avocado. So if it looks good, eat it. #livewell#eatgood#behappy#mbn#appreciatelife#

Simply Pho_licious..................number28............
This famous beef noodle soup from Vietnam is rank number 28 in the world's 50 most delicious food. I love Pho and I can never get sick of it. I love it so much that I told my wife that I would be cooking Pho to eat every week and that's just what I did for about three month straight. I also still when out for Pho for lunch during work hours. Crazy, what can I say, I love Pho. The best thing about making Pho is that their is so many ways to season it, the combination is endless. I made Pho everyday and the combination of seasoning I use was also different everyday, just so that I wouldn't get tired of eating it. I like to eat my Pho simple, just the way it is with no hot sauce or hoisnin sauce either. Some people think I'm crazy and should not eat it like that. I told my wife that I like eating it simple because then I can taste everything. The noodle, thin slice of steak, shrimp, meatball, tripe, Thai basil, bean sprout, sweet onion, green onion, jalapeno, culantor and the lime, that is how I enjoy eating my Pho, Simple and fresh .Out here in Seattle Washington the Pacific Northwest, We love our Pho and that is why there is three to four Pho shop at a shopping square. I have even heard a rap song about Pho and the rapper is from here Seattle and because he loves Pho also. I guess you can say that it's a Northwest thing . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLBIRRObQDY here is the link check it out for yourself . Sorry but I can't give to much information on how I make my Pho, So I guess everyone will have to wait till I open my restaurant to fine out, until then.#Livewell#eatgood#behappy# mbn#appreciatelife#

for the love of food............
We all love to eat. Eating something good, makes us smile. I love it and this is why I am starting to work on my dream of having my own restaurant someday. This is my first passion and has been put on hold long enough because of the recession. My wife was laid off from her work and we also lost all of our investment in the real estates market back in 2008 when the market crash.
Now with the economy back on track and my wife working again. I can finally start planning and start working on my menu, that is the first thing that needs to be done before I can dream of having a restaurant of my own.
I came from a family of cook from my beloved mom that has past away to my brother and me. We all have worked and cook in the restaurant business. So this is nothing new to me. I started working in the restaurant at a young age. I was sixteen years old washing dishes at the time and my older brother was the head chef. It was a very popular Thai restaurant at that time in Cleveland Height Ohio.
I was still in high school at that time so after school that where I would be, working at the restaurant. After about six month into it, I was learning how to cook with help from the other chef and also learning how to cook myself. So from that day on I started to enjoy cooking and started working as a cook that day forward.
I worked in three different restaurant back in Cleveland Ohio, when I was sixteen to about eighteen. So I do have experience in food and cooking. This is not something that I just though of one day, like my clothing line but I will still be working on that too, this is just a starting point for my restaurant idea. All together I have worked in seven different restaurant and have cook many different cuisine in my life. I still enjoy cooking even when I stop working in the restaurant business and still have hope of someday opening my own restaurant. This is why I am blogging about my food and putting together the blue print needed to open a restaurant.
Well' I hope you guys will enjoy my taste of the world cuisine in one place. I know it's not going to happen over night and that is why I am starting it now. Some might think that I'm just a dreamer but dreams become more real when you put your dreams in writing. Maybe not today and maybe not tomorrow but someday that's what I like to say. Believe in your dream and believe in yourself.
